Hey, instead of being defensive when you have your meeting, be very humble. Talk about what you could have done differently and work toward a solution rather than trying to defend yourself. Your humility is going to give you favor and even if you're wrong, it will lessen the potential consequences. If you go in with a hot head, it's going to cost you. Calm down, say a prayer, and go in with a humble spirit. God will do the rest. God bless!
