    The success of your business is tied to how quickly you respond to concerns or questions. The longer you wait to respond to a customer, the more likely you are to lose them. Don't let someone take your customer because you took your time getting back to them. Respond with a sense of urgency and take care of their need with a positive attitude. Even if you have to say no, do it with such humility that the customer will still know that you're on their side. God will bless you as long as you operate with excellence, kindness and efficiency.
