God may call you to be with someone who needs your special set of gifts, patience and love in order to help them be who God called them to be. However, being called by God to help someone is totally different from being emotionally lead to help someone. Sometimes we involve ourselves with people because we think we can be their savior. It's hard to know the difference when you have become intimate with the person before you have heard from God. Your desire to be loved will sometimes cause you to get involved with people who God has not ordained for you to help. Guard your heart and wait on the Spirit. You'll save yourself a lot of pain and unnecessary trouble. God bless!
