God does not always punish us directly when we are unappreciative. Sometimes He will remove us from a relationship or environment that we've been complaining about and place us somewhere else. It is in the new situation that we learn that our former relationship or environment was not as bad as we thought. When we have narrow perspectives and limited experiences, God has a strange way of making us appreciate what we had. Your new Mr. or Mrs. Excitement will start losing their appeal to you when you discover they're not who you think you are. That new job may offer more money, but money can't replace the peace that you had on your old job. Watch that complaining, God may have to give you a dose of reality. God bless!
