Remember, usually a dominant person is trying to overcompensate for some glaring weakness that they don't want others to see. When you see people who are extremely critical, mean spirited, a know it all, or arrogant, they are attempting to portray an image that covers their flaws. Once you are able to discern who they are, you will realize that you have absolutely no reason to be afraid of them. In fact, cover them in prayer and realize that they're barking is only an attempt to mask their weakness. God bless!
