God strategically put you in the position that you are in to stop some of the unfair treatment of others that you see on your job. Stop shaking your head at what they are doing to others and pray about how God wants you to address it. Someone's life and livelihood are on the line and if you refuse to say anything, you, your family or your friend could be next. God will show you how and when to move if you ask Him. You are on a mission for Him and you will be successful. God bless!
