Trying to control a person in your house or organization who wants to leave is going to hurt you more than it hurts them. The best thing you can do for yourself is to help them go where they want to go. You don't have to be nasty with them, but make some phone calls and see how you can assist them in reaching their destination. When someone is held against their will, their negative spirit disrupts what God is doing in your life. The blessing is that once they leave, you get to choose who will replace them. You can replace them with someone with the right heart and who works better with your team. Don't cry about them wanting to go, celebrate that you have an opportunity to bring the right spirit in.
