If your spouse has a problem with you posting something on social media, don't do it. It's not about control, it's about respect. It is the responsibility of the husband and wife to take their spouse's feelings and thoughts into consideration. As a married man or woman, if your spouse feels a picture or thought is inappropriate to show the world, it would be wise to honor their wishes. Some spouses don't mind you sharing certain things and that is cool. However, there are some things about you that they may want to keep between you two. If they have clearly stated that it bothers them, out of love, respect their wishes. To avoid unnecessary strife and feelings of disrespect, ask your spouse how they feel about what you post. It sounds a bit old fashioned, but respect and love will always keep your marriage healthy. God bless!
