Devotional 5/17/20
James 1:20 (NLT), "Human anger does not produce the righteousness God desires." The main reason that God doesn't want you to handle your enemy when you're angry is because you will handle them with the wrong intentions. Your anger wants to hurt or destroy your enemy. However, God's anger is trying to correct your enemy's behavior or either apply just enough pain to get them to turn to Him. The key for you is to let God handle your enemy. If you don't, you will end up catching some of God's anger, and you don't want that. Pull back and put them in God's hands, He has it. God bless!
