Devotional 4/8/20
Proverbs 29:11 (NIV), "Fools give full vent to their rage, but the wise bring calm in the end." Having a quick temper and a bad attitude will make you feel like you're in control, but actually, it is just the opposite. The more explosive your temper, the less control you have over yourself. You may be able to scare people into doing your will, but eventually it will be your downfall. You can't control other people, but you can, with the help of the Holy Spirit, get yourself under control. You are the enemy who is holding you back. God bless!
