You're so busy trying to cover up and hide your past sins that you dont realize that God wants you to use it for your ministry. Every failed relationship, lost job, divorce, sin, and let down in your life can be used by God to help deliver someone else. God wants you to stop putting make-up on what He is going to use to bring someone else out of their mess. You have work to do minister, and it does not include trying to look like you're perfect.
