Leaders, everybody can't and won't understand your decisions on everything that you do. There will always be people who second guess you, there will always be people who say what they would have done if they were in your position and there will always be people who criticize your every move. The truth is, some of the things they say might even be true. However, most of those people very rarely have the perspective that you have. They don't understand that you can't approach each child or each employee the same way. Remember, those who are criticizing you are looking for ways to make their job easier, which may mean snapping somebody up real quick to make them submit to their will. The leader, however, has to look for ways to encourage people with just the right words that will motivate them to do the job with a good attitude. The leader realizes that positive attitudes impact overall morale, and overall morale determines productivity. Just as many of us thought we knew better than our parents when we were children, there are some lessons that we would never understand until we actually became parents ourselves. Keep your head up leader and be true to what God has revealed to you. God bless
