Devotional 10/20/20

10.20.20 | Love | by Rev. Norman Thomas Jr.

Keep praying for them, but you may need to get out of their presence. It is our responsibility to always pray and forgive others, just as God has forgiven us. However, God does not always want you to remain in the same house or in their presence. Some people's behavior is so dangerous and toxic that the longer you stay around them, the more danger you place yourself or your family in. How many times are you going to let them hit you, put holes in the wall and threaten your family before you get out of that situation? Don't end up catching a case trying to stay around a person who you know takes you to a whole different level of anger. Brothers and sisters, if God leads you to leave, don't worry, your prayers will still be heard from a different address than theirs. God bless!
